How to Create a Docker Swarm Cluster
To create a Docker Swarm cluster, you need at least one manager node and one or more worker nodes. Here are the general steps to create a Docker Swarm cluster:
- Initialize the Swarm on a Manager Node: Run the
docker swarm initcommand on a Docker host to initialize it as a manager node. (MANAGER_IP should be replaced with the IP address of the manager node)

- Join Worker Nodes to the Swarm: Run the
docker swarm joincommand on each worker node to join it to the Swarm.

- Deploy Services to the Swarm: Use the
docker service createcommand to deploy services to the Swarm. You can specify the number of replicas, ports, and other configurations for the service.
docker service create --replicas 3 --name my-service -p 8080:80 my-image
- Scale Services: You can scale services by changing the number of replicas using the
docker service scalecommand.
docker service scale my-service=5
- Update Services: To update a service, use the
docker service updatecommand with the desired configurations.
docker service update --image new-image my-service
- Remove Services: You can remove services using the
docker service rmcommand.
docker service rm my-service
- Leave the Swarm: To remove a node from the Swarm, run the
docker swarm leavecommand on the node.
